What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), details about the products you need, any files you upload such as your logo, and how you heard about us. We also collect basic, anonymous website usage statistics to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, prepare quotes, arrange samples and production, and communicate with you about your order. We may share the relevant product details and artwork with our manufacturing partners in Bangladesh, only as needed to produce your order.
How we protect it
Your information is stored securely by our hosting provider and email provider and is only accessed by our team. We keep quote requests only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, and for our business records.
Your choices
