Can I meet you in person?

Are you a Canadian business?
Yes. Green Leaf Apparel Solutions is a registered business in British Columbia, based in Burnaby. Our products are manufactured in Bangladesh, and we manage everything from here.
What do you source?
Custom apparel, caps, bags and bedding, made in Bangladesh for Canadian businesses. That includes t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, denim, PJ sets, baseball caps, beanies, backpacks, tote and leather bags, bed sheets, pillow covers and duvet covers.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product, material and branding method. Basic items usually have lower minimums than fully custom pieces. Tell us your quantity in the quote form and we'll confirm what's possible.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the product, quantity and shipping method. Once our partner factory has reviewed your order details, we give you a realistic timeline along with your quote.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. We make a physical sample to your specs, and production only begins once you approve it. Any sample costs are set out clearly in your quote before you commit.
How do you check quality?
Every order is inspected before it leaves the factory, checking workmanship, measurements and branding against your approved sample.
Do you ship anywhere in Canada?
Yes. We arrange freight and customs and deliver to your address in Canada.
Who pays duties and taxes?
Duties, taxes and shipping costs depend on the product, quantity and delivery method. We set them out clearly in your quote, so you know the full cost before you order — no surprises.
Can you add my own labels and packaging?
Yes. We can produce custom neck labels, woven labels, hang tags and branded packaging.
What files do I need to send?
Your tech pack if you have one, plus your logo or artwork — ideally in a vector format (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) — and colours, sizes and any reference photos. You're also welcome to bring printouts of your tech pack to discuss with us in person.
How do I pay?
Payment terms and accepted payment methods are confirmed in your quote. We'll walk you through the payment schedule before you commit to an order.
